He is survived by: his daughter Allison Darnell Shad (Tommy) of Peachtree City, GA; his grandchildren, Ashley Yeager (Grant) of Senoia, GA and Allen Shad of Atlanta, GA; his sister Deidre Harper of Mobile, AL; his niece Kim Harper (Tony) of Jacksonville, FL; and his half-sister Dani Kazee (Bill) of Palm Desert, CA..
