He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Klaczak, Sr. and Dorothy Klaczak, (Keasey). He is survived by: his wife Claire Klaczak (Pallansch); his siblings, James A. Klaczak and Nancy Sandefur (Klaczak); and his nephew Scott Sandefur. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews from his wife.
