He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnevan Boylen and Janet Boylen; his wife Margaret Elizabeth Boylen; and his son Bruce D. Boylen. He is survived by: his children, Donna Fernandez (Calvin), Peggy Estes (Robert), Jonathan Paul Boylen (Wendy), Connie Hamby (John), Larry Boylen (Lisa), Don Boylen and Patrick Boylen (Kathy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
