He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. Perrotta and Marie Perrotta (Paraboschi); his sisters, Dorothy, Gloria and Anna; and his wife Mary F. (Maggio).
He is survived by: his children, Thomas M. (Jean) of Belmont and Debbie (Dan) of Peachtree City, GA.; his grandchildren, Danielle (Aaron Creech), Thomas Jr. (Julia Perrotta), Jessica (Bryan Krass) and Daniel Jr. (Diana Curtin); and his great grandchildren, Adalyn (Addi), Danny Curtin, Kennedy, Paisley Creech, Thomas III and Ava Perrotta.
