He was predeceased by: his wife Lynne. He is survived by: his children, Tim Newman (Linna) and Dana McGinnis (Eric); and his grandchildren, Avery, Jack Minock, Alex and Anna Newman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home Chapel (135 Senoia Rd, Peachtree City, GA 30269). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
