She was predeceased by: her husband A. D. Fordham (Mickey); her parents, James Reece and Fannie Capek; and her siblings, Alma Evans and Jimmy Reece.
She is survived by: her son Lane Fordham (Rockie); her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Fordham (Rita) and June Reece; her grandchildren, Angela Risher (Chris), Sam Fordham (Katie), Jacob Fordham (Joy), Dan Fordham, Mary Tezak (Nathan) and Caleb Fordham (Stephanie); her son Dr. Keith Fordham (Shirley); and her great grandchild Micaiah Fordham. She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren.
