He is survived by: his children, Renee' Winner (Larry) and Bart Welden; his grandchildren, Holly Long (Trae) and Chandler Winner (Heather); his great grandchild Shepherd Winner; and his sister Darlene Norton. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
