He was predeceased by: his father Henry Hall. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hall; his son Rick Hall (Eve); his grandchildren, Abi Hicks and Sam Hall; and his great grandchildren, Rowan, Isaac, Mateo and Roman. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
