He is survived by: his children, Lyle Scott Inskeep (Teri), Jill Blaxton (Bill), Samantha Inskeep and Tommy; his grandson Jeff Bell (Krista); his daughter-in-law Carol Inskeep; his grandchildren, Hannah Doughty (Andrew), Taylor Inskeep, Hailey Blaxton, Taylor Bell, Trace Bell and Travis Bell; his great grandchildren, Daisy and Jaxson; and his close friends, Barry and Doris McWilliams.
