He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Leonidas Cash and Ida Jewell Sparks Cash; and his son John H Cash, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Elizabeth Laney (Betty); his sons, Joseph Andrew Cash (Julie) of Brooks, Mark Leon Cash (Margie) of Olympia, Wahington, Timothy Lynn Cash (Judy) of Pine Mountain and Benjamin Lee Cash (Dawn) of Fayetteville, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Laura Hunnewell (Matt), Leslie Cash, Bonnie Cash Frain (Jim), John Marcus Cash (Christie), Steven Cash, Derrick Cash (Molly), Nolan Cash (Mallory), Alison Cash and Erin Cash. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
