He is survived by: his wife Mary Adams; his daughter Tamara Boatwright; his son-in-law Lanier Boatwright of Barnesville; his son Michael Adams of Peachtree City; his grandson Jacob Adams of Newnan; and his siblings, Watson Adams of Franklin, Lucille Scott of Franklin, Betty North of Carrollton and Johnny Adams (Jane) of Franklin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
