She is survived by: her children, Jim Hays (Kim Milosevich Hays) of Altamonte Springs, FL, Elizabeth Hays Spanovich (Nick Spanovich) of Peoria, AZ and Patrick Hays; her grandchildren, Nicole Spanovich Mankovich (Kyran Owen Mankovich) of Valencia, CA, Tyler Hays of Columbus, OH and Sydney Hays DelPalazzo (Kenneth DelPalazzo) of Great Lakes, IL; and her great grandchildren, Caitlin Mankovich, Kayley Mankovich and KJ DelPalazzo.
