He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Oscar Phillips and Lillie Mae Phillips; his son-in-law Bill Beaver; and his grandchild Brittaney Beaver. He is survived by: his wife Alycia Howland Phillips; his daughters, Denise Beaver and Jennifer Watson (Jason); his grandchildren, Victoria Dean (Patrick), Laura Owens (Dustin), David Beaver (Nicole), Amanda Ives and Jenson Watson; and his great grandchildren, Dawson Owens and Jude Dean. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
