He was predeceased by: his wife Hope; his son Stephen; and his son-in-law Mike Rogers. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Rogers, Sharon Love, Maureen Love and Paul Love (Irene); his grandchildren, Leighanne Wood (Drew), Steven Love (Brittney), David McGee, Danielle McGee, Lauren Henley (Zach), Kerry Love (Anna) and Joseph Moral (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Brea McGee, Rory McGee, Jordyn Rue, Edward Wood, Kayleigh Wood, Eleanor Love, Oliver Henley and Bennett Moral.
Well into his eighties Ed would get up before dawn on Saturday and collect donated food from local grocery stores and then drive to the St. Francis Mission in downtown Atlanta to provide nourishment for our homeless and needy brothers and sisters.
