He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey David Ingram. He is survived by: his wife Anne MacMillan Ingram; his daughter Aimee Ingram Richardson; his children-in-law, Dr Jeff Richardson of Tyrone, GA and Patricia Ingram of Newington, CT; his grandchildren, Jacob Reed Richardson, Grace Anne Richardson, Hannah Elizabeth Ingram and Maeve Kathleen Ingram; his niece Lynne Berkstresser (John); and his nephew Lee Herren.
