He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edgar and Bessie Hill McMonigle; and his siblings, Bertha Jo Walker, Charles Edgar McMonigle, Jr., Betty Lou Deyton, Porter Max McMonigle, Rex Clayton McMonigle, Eugene McMonigle, Matty Goodwin and Gary McMonigle.
He is survived by: his wife Iris McMonigle; his daughter Tammy Hornsby (Mike); his granddaughter Kayla Forester (Cole); and his great grandchild Roman Forester.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made in Dee's honor to Sacred Journey Hospice or Shriners Childrens Hospital, Greenville, South Carolina.
