He is survived by: his wife Maxine Neal; his sons, David, Windi Neal of Williamson, Matt and Donnah Neal of Sharpsburg; his sister Lynn; his brother-in-law Walt Horne of Rome; and his grandchildren, Megan, Madison, Hannah, Susannah, Willem, Christian Matthew, Annaliese, Isaiah, Elsie Grace, Kylah, Meliah, Juliette, Gideon, Noelle and Talitha. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
