He was predeceased by: his father Eston Eugene. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Thornton; his children, Charles Nicholas Thornton (Sherry), Chad Russell Thornton (Carrie), Cole Tracy Thornton (Jillian), Natalie Blake Daniels (Tyler), Bryan Marcus Daniels (Elizabeth) and Caitlyn Rose Kessler (Corbett); and his brothers, Jeff Eugene Thornton (Karen) and Timothy Andrew Thornton (Shawna). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ALS Foundation in Chuck's memory.
