“We just learned today of Carlyle’s passing. We lived a few blocks from him and always enjoyed conversing with him when he’d come outside to walk or check his mail. He was such a kind man. He loved to see us with our dog Mr P, aka PeeWee and always made us laugh with his comments. We’ll miss him. Condolences to his wife and family. Gerald Gillette and Lee Eltzroth, Peachtree City”

“Carlyle has bee a close friend since we met at his urology office in Mayaquez, PR in late 1965 when I was with CR Bard We enjoyed our conversations visited many times when I lived in PR and went on his boat to Phosphorecence Bay at night. I had the pleasure to speak with him many times including a 40 minute conversation about two weeks ago I will miss him a lot. I named my eldest son Carlyle when he was born. That pleased my friend tremendously. God Bless and take care of my friend”
