She is survived by: her children, Lisa (Andy Pitman), Walter Upchurch and Steve Upchurch; her grandchildren, Drew Pitman (Nicole), Jake Pitman (Patricia), Hailey Johnson (Ryan), Logan Upchurch and Lexi Upchurch; and her great grandchildren, Lizzie Pitman, Sophie Pitman, Ethan Pitman, Liam Pitman, Charlotte Johnson and Palmer Elaine Pitman.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Mount Zion Methodist Church, Atlanta.
