She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Blain Chastain and Ruby Avery Chastain; her husband Alonzo Milam; her brother Aaron Chastain; her sister-in-law Hazel Chastain; and her great grandchild Brody Shiver.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Hart, Kenny Milam (Cindy) and Michael David Milam (Maria); her grandchildren, Patrick Milam (Alicia), Chris Hart (Jan), Damon Hart (Mandy), Mandie Parker (Stewart), Belen Sarahy Avendano Berzuna and Montserrat Adriana Avendano Milam; her great grandchildren, Dustin Anderson, Malorie Anderson, Kenly Ives (Chason), Brice Parker, Ethan Milam, Madison Parker, Brennan Hart, Taylor Hart and Azad Alonzo Berzuna Avendano; and her siblings, Julius Chastain (Gail) and Ola Pickels (Curtis). She is also survived by several great-great-grandchildren, and nieces & nephews.
