Modene Butler Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Modene Butler of Pavo, Georgia, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, L. W. Beaty and Lucille Caldwell Beaty. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Butler of Pavo; her daughters, Marcy Williford (Warren) of Grovetown, GA and Brandie Butler Mayo of Newnan, GA; her granddaughter Madeline Williford of Decatur, GA; her siblings, Winston Beaty of Barwick, GA and Sandra Isom (Clyde) of Moultrie; and her siblings-in-law, Lafayette Butler (Christel) of Pavo and Pat Pohlman (Rodney) of Pavo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family is requesting that everyone in attendance would please wear a mask and the service will be live streamed on the Purvis Funeral Home facebook page.
