He is survived by: his wife Harriet Murphy Manley; his children, Chris Manley (Debbie), Vonda Jones (Eric) and Daniel Parrish (Kristie) of Pavo; his grandchildren, Ryan Jones, Sydney Jones, Cayden Mathews, Braylon Mathews, Hagan Mathews, Annlee Boutwell, Claire Rowe, Ivey Parrish and Kallie McGee; and his siblings, Wilbur L. Manley, Jr. (Mary Ann) of Pavo and Princella Sentinella (David) of Covington. He is also survived by numerous nephews and cousins.
