He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Lewis and Irene "Etheridge" Johnson; and his sister Katerine Gundrum. He is survived by: his wife Lek Leeskul Lewis; his children, Chavalit C. Lewis (Casondra Dennis) of Moultrie and Nusara Lewis McFry (Jeff) of Atlanta; his brother Kenneth Johnson (Tammy) of Pavo; and his grandchildren, Kolby Lewis and Kaitlyn Lewis.
