Mercer (Connie) of Moultrie and John Tracy Mercer (Tammie) of Pavo; his grandchildren, John Christopher Mercer (Kayla), Braxton M. Mercer (Erin), Brandon M. Mercer (Ally), Ashley R. Harlow, Justin D. Bates, Tyler Cobb, Jimmy D. Benton, Jr., Lauren A. Hembree (Ryan), John B. Smith, Danielle M. Benton, Thomas R. Mercer and Aaron M. Mercer; and his siblings, Mary H. Fricks of Chapel Hill, Mary Blevins (Phillip) of Middleburg, Florida, Willie Mercer (Buddy), Edward Mercer (Linda) of Durham, NC, Danny Mercer (Diane) of Jacksonville, Florida. and Michael Taylor of Jacksonville, Florida.. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
