He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Milledge and Minnie Jernigan Milledge; and his siblings, Virginia Green, Betty Jean Fuller, Jimmy Lee Jernigan and David Milledge.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie Milledge of Offerman; his children, Tasha Ross (Isaac) of Tifton and Ronjii Milledge (Nicole) of Lake Park; his grandchildren, Laryne Milledge, Hayden Milledge, Jataisa Alexander, Faith Newton, Jackson Newton, Jakobi Allen, Kailani Allen, Laylah Welch and Jaquarious Welch; and his siblings, Agnes Jenkins of Patterson, Fleming Milledge (Vivian) of Offerman, Johnny Milledge of Patterson, Franklin Milledge (Gloria) of Offerman and Herman Mitchell (Janet) of Fort Washington, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
