She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton Thornton and Alice Jewel Thornton; her husband Earnest Leon Johnson; and her siblings, Onie Thornton, Winnie Youmans, Owen Thornton, Quinton Thornton and Flem Thornton.
She is survived by: her children, Teddy Johnson of Patterson and Kathy Harris (Wesley) of Patterson; her grandsons, Frank Harris (Hayden) of Hampton and Dalton Harris (Erika Klotz) of Camden County; her great grandchild Lehm Harris of Hampton, Virginia; and her siblings, Jannie Johnson of Blackshear, Una Vee Courson of Waycross and Winton Thornton (Wilma) of Blackshear. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
