He is survived by: his children, Anna Maria Boatright of Patterson and Greg; his daughter-in-law Lisa Boatright of Patterson; his sisters, Dale O'Steen of Blackshear, Barbara Gilliard (Jerry) of Blackshear, Pat Phillips (Rick) of Waycross and Shirley Walker of Jamestown; his sisters-in-law, Sybil Boatright of Blackshear, Laquita Boatright of Blackshear and Barbara Boatright of Waycross; his grandchildren, Hunter Boatright, Tyler Boatright and Maggie Boatright; and his great grandchildren, Browning Boatright and Gabbi Boatright. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
