She is survived by: her children, Angela Flom (Eric) of Milton, GA and Thomas Puthoff of Renton, WA; her grandchildren, Alixandria Byquist (Kasey) of Kent, WA, Leslie Puthoff of Sammamish, WA, Katharine Flom of Decatur, GA, Tyler Flom of Seattle, WA and Maxwell Flom of Atlanta, GA; her siblings, Joan Teglas Duplessis of Patterson, Robyn Jeter (Randy), Hazel Warden (Bobby), Mary Thomas (Demetrius), John Fichtel II, Cecil Purrington, Scott Purrington (Debbie), Everett Purrington (Tracy), Harry Purrington (Melanie) and Fred Purrington (Michelle); her stepmother Eloise Purrington; her close friends, Cheryl Lutzinger of Patterson, Ellen Wells of Patterson and AnnaMarie Nibler of Kirkland, WA; and her pet Roxy.
