She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray and Maude Ruhl Miller Winters; her husband Clinton Howard Wagner, Sr.; her children, Catherine Reis and David Wagner; and her siblings, Charlotte Heffner, Donald Winters, Homer Winters, Dale Winters, Robert Winters, Larry Winters and Joyce Sigafoos.
She is survived by: her children, Ricci Wagner (Donna) of Killeen, KY, Vickey Parkerson (Frank) of Baxley, Clinton Wagner, Jr. (Barbara) of Offerman, Virginia Dixon (Ricky) of Patterson and Richard Wagner of Kinney, TX; and her siblings, Linda Shutt (Joe) of Hershey, PA and Ronald Winters of Middletown, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
