We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2023, at the age of 73, Sherry Thornton Wasdin of Patterson, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dwayne Wasdin. She is survived by: her children, April Regier (Ron) of Escanaba, Shay Wasdin of Patterson and Jeremy Wasdin (Shanda) of Bristol; her grandchildren, Ridge Purcell (Mallory Duncan), Leslie Purcell, Jose, Jesse Zarraga, J. J. Wasdin, MacKenzie and Christian Regier; her great grandchild Walker Ridge Purcell; and her siblings, Dixie Poppell (Frank) of Colorado, Shellie Gay Bohannon (Mitchell) of South Carolina and Drew Thornton (Tina) of Jesup. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
