He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Bert and Annie Pauline Altman Howard; his son Jason Lawrence Howard; his sister Jerri; his brother-in-law Talmadge Terry; his son-in-law Michael Patrick Walsh; and his nephew Phillip Jasper Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rooks Howard of Patterson; his daughter Pamela Walsh of Canton; his grandchildren, Trevor, Heather Brown of Patterson, Matthew Patrick Walsh (Mindy), John Michael Walsh (Allie), Addie Brown and Mollie Brown; his great grandchildren, Colin Patrick Walsh, Aiden Michael Walsh and Bradley William Walsh; his niece Missy Coppolino (Randall); and his nephew Greg Terry (Sandra). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
