He was predeceased by: his father Terry Hugh O'Banion; and his sister Diane Head. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Douberly O'Banion of Patterson; his children, Sarah Chancey (Michael) of Patterson, Eric O'Banion (David Grandy) of Jacksonville, Michael O'Banion (Chessica) of Odum and Terry O'Banion (Sarah) of Waynesville; his mother Adeline Thornton O'Banion of Offerman; his sister Gail Ammons (Darryl) of Offerman; and his grandchildren, Mariana O'Banion and Chrissie O'Banion. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
