He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Vincent Neugent; his grandparents, Gilbert, Eva Mae Rountree, Talmadge William and Helen Jean Robinson Neugent; and his uncle Gary Rountree.
He is survived by: his children, Anslee Neugent and Kayden Neugent of Pierce County; his mother Meria Roundtree Neugent of Waycross; his brother Vince Neugent of Palm Coast, FL; and his aunts, Amanda Saunders of Waycross, Debbie Taylor of Waycross and Lisa Roberson of Waycross. He is also survived by several cousins, great aunts, great uncles and other relatives.
