He is survived by: his wife Deborah Marsh Baxley of Patterson; his daughter Tracy; his son-in-law David Smith of Screven; his son Justin; his daughter-in-law Rachel Baxley of Hoboken; his son Spencer Baxley; his son-in-law Michael Laughlin of Waycross; his sister Frances; his brother-in-law Rayborn Riggs of Ernul, NC; his brother Frank; his sister-in-law Kim Baxley of Zebulon, NC; his brother Donnie Baxley of Ernul, NC; his grandchildren, Cody Smith, Cassie Denison (JB), Gavin Baxley, Zane Baxley, Madelyn Baxley and Graham Baxley; and his great grandchild Palmer Denison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
