It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Geraldine Cox (Patterson, Georgia), who passed away on April 22, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jackson "A. J." and Dorinda Dowling Roberson; her husband David Cox; her great grandchild Taryn Elizabeth Cox; and her siblings, Lona Bell Oswald, Eula Peeler, Melvina Pittman, Grady, Kenny and Gordon Roberson.
She is survived by: her brother Footware; her sons, Larry Cox (Marie) of Salem, AL and Donnie Cox (Aline Leggett) of Patterson; her brother William Roberson of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Michael Cox (Leslie) and Chris Cox (Karen); and her great grandchildren, Tyler Cox, Nathan Cox and Ayden Cox. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Due to COVID-19, the family will have a private graveside service for Mrs. Cox on Friday, April 24, 2020.
