He is survived by: his wife Patricia Taylor Strickland of Patterson; his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Derrick Sutton of Lenox, GA; his son Tony; his daughter-in-law Mandy Strickland of Patterson; his siblings, Ann Weaver of Gainesville, GA, Sue Deshotel (Jimmy) of Tallahassee, FL, Kay Buckingham (Scott) of Deland, FL, Johnny Strickland (Carolyn) of Sanford, FL and J. L. Strickland (Willie) of Deland; his sister-in-law Iris Strickland of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Kristy Purvis, Austin Sutton (Shelbie), Walker Strickland, Briar Conerly and Baylee Jacobs (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Sutton, Alivia Sutton, Jace Aldridge, John Grady Jacobs and Aaron Jacobs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
