She was predeceased by: her parents, William Nelson Wade, Sr. and Evan Margaret Sanders Wade; her daughter Maria Nicole "Nikki" Staines; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Judy Davis, Sandra Jean Wheeler McMahan and William Nelson Wade, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Gregory Staines of Patterson; her sons, Gregory Staines, Jr. of California and James Anthony Wade of Macon; her grandchildren, Kassidy Staines, Marissa Staines, Eric Staines, Hunter Staines, Angelina Staines and Zoey Staines; and her siblings, Linda Wade Knighton (Chip) of Warner Robins, Greg Wade (Lisa) of Byron and Steve Wade of Byron.
