He was predeceased by: his mother Reba Wasdin; and his siblings, Cynthia Thornton, Nancy Wilson, Saundra Miller and Thomas Wasdin.
He is survived by: his father Colon Wasdin; his wife Sherry Thornton Wasdin of Patterson; his children, April Regier (Ron) of Escanaba, Shay Wasdin of Patterson and Jeremy Wasdin (Shanda) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Ridge Purcell (Mallory Duncan), Leslie Purcell, Jose, Jesse Zarraga, J. J. Wasdin, MacKenzie and Christian Regier; and his great grandchild Walker Ridge Purcell.
