He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lee Dixon of Patterson; his sons, David Dixon (Katrina) of Midway and Doug Dixon (Bridgette) of Woodbine; his grandchildren, Steven Dixon (Molly), Joshua Dixon, Joseph Tapp (Jerica), Skyler Hadden (Ashley), Austin Dixon (Emma), Micheal Luke (Bree) and Brett Roberts; and his sister Carolyn Roberson of St. Mary's. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
