She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jackson and Isabelle "Bell" Dixon Strickland, Sr.; her husband Dorsey Ross Knowlton; her brother Andrew Jackson "A. J."; and her sister-in-law Diane Strickland.
She is survived by: her children, Millie Walker (Bert) of Blackshear, Jill Dowling (Brian) of Patterson, Starr Harris (Noel) of Patterson, Dorsey Ross "Buddy" Knowlton (Amy) of Blackshear and Len Knowlton (Duce May); her siblings, Genevive Pope of Patterson, Patricia Cox (Eddie) of Brunswick, Angela Strickland of Patterson and William Daniel "W. D." Strickland (Susan) of Patterson; her grandchildren, Cliff Knowlton (Ellen), Megan Dowling, Allie Dowling, Hayden Knowlton, Mallory Price (Brandon), Jackson Knowlton, Gunnar Knowlton (Mackenzie), Asher Harris and Rosston Harris; and her great grandchildren, Blythe Knowlton, Grier Knowlton, Coleman Price, Ross Knowlton, Gentson Price and Cypress Knowlton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
