He is survived by: his sons, Mark Griffin of Patterson and Eric Griffin of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Aaron Griffin (Angel) of Waresboro, Cana Davis of Baxley, Shaylynn Griffin of Patterson, Kylie Grifin of Blackshear and Olivia Griffin of Patterson; his great grandchildren, Lillie Griffin, Braxton Henderson and Baylor Griffin; and his siblings, Beatrice Blalock of Monteagle, TN, Janice Evans (Larry) of Argyle, Clinton Griffin of Waycross, Kenneth Griffin (Marie) of Waycross and Jerry Griffin (Susie) of Patterson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
