She is survived by: her husband Ervin Crutchfield; her child Nathan Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Brian Crutchfield, Lori Crutchfield (Warren), Jennifer Johnson (Craig), Matthew Crutchfield, Sarai Riffel (David) and Luke Toms; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Logan Johnson, Felicity, Loren, Zachary Riffel, Joyce Shannon and Janice Johnson.
She remained active at Enon Baptist until she no longer was able to travel due to medical issues and Alzheimer's.
