He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mercado of Peachtree City; his mother Alicia Mercado; his children, Christian Mercado, Chase Mercado and Jennifer Lyn Mercado; and his stepchildren, Laura Batchelor and Chip Batchelor. He is also survived by 12 siblings and many nieces and nephews.
