She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Manley; her son Douglas Manley; her daughter-in-law Cindy Manley; and her siblings, Margary Wagner and C. W. Goggans.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Manley of Peachtree City and Phillip Manley of Bryan, TX; her sister Ellen Cook of Panama City, FL; and her grandson Nicholas Keith Manley.
