He is survived by: his wife Brenda Creel; his children, Stacy Walden (Craig), Brooke Kirby (Byron), Jerry Allen Creel, Jr. and Hal Creel (Kim); his grandchildren, Heather, Halie, Hope, Hunter, Dustin, Kyndal, Kinsey, Autumn, Karly, Braelin, Lance, Callie, Jamie and Corey; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Eli, Braiden, Baylin, Ella, Heidi, Payton, Brinley, Caroline, Ty, Lane, Kallen and Blakely; and his siblings, Beverly Goss, Tony Creel and Johnny Creel.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Providence Baptist Church 6402 Campbellton Redwine Rd, Palmetto, GA 30268 in memory of Jerry.
