She is survived by: her husband Mark Terry; her mother Janice Campbell; her children, Jessica Jones and Clayton Terry (Makayla); her grandchildren, Colton, Jayce and Walker; her siblings, JoAnne Scarbrough (Troy) and Jeff Forsyth; her nieces, Candis Guzman (Andre) and Brittany Scarbrough; her nephew Travis Peek (Sara); and her great-nephew Jacob Peek. She is also survived by several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
