He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Holland Fulghum and Estelle Fulghum (Hill); his children, Vince, Vickie, Richard "Pete" and Marguerite; his grandchildren, Cori, Garen, Chris and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Katie Paige and Kali Grace. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, and childhood friends.
