She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wade and Susie Kate Wade; her husband Frank Collinsworth; her brothers, Weyman Wade, Henry Wade, Howard Wade, Edward Wade and Glen Wade; and her children, Margaret Parker, Barbara Parker and Frank Collinsworth Jr. Emma.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tina Collinsworth Sanchez, Mollie Reisner, Mike Newman, Jacob Parker, Billy Collinsworth, Allen Collinsworth and Nikie Collinsworth.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to help cover the expense.
