With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wendell Parker (Oxford, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on July 1, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie H. Parker and Totsie Parker; and his siblings, Willie H. Parker, Jr, Helen Parker and Nita Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Jane R. Parker of Oxford; his grandchildren, Matthew Parker, Sara, Kaine Parker and Zack Parker; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Emily and Allison; and his siblings, Jeanne Szabo of Winston-Salem, NC, Jim Parker (Loretta), Doug Parker (Linda) and Peggy Underwood (Wayne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other family and close friends.
